We are a registered Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and Member Service Provides (MSP) as well as an American Express Service agent committed to enriching the transaction experience for merchants and consumers. Our products and services enable merchants to accept credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, loyalty cards, electronic checks and check conversion. Our offering includes full servicing of the merchant experience including credit underwriting, risk management and fraud prevention, settlement and funding, customer service and technical support. Priority Payment Systems’ national network of talented ISOs and agents has been a critical part of the company’s steady growth and success. The Priority Sales and Service teams share our merchants’ goals for revenue growth and optimization of their business. Customer service is more than just a catch phrase to us, and we strive to be the best in the industry. Our “4 Rings and Resolve” standard is the cornerstone of that commitment. Our goal is for every call to be answered within four rings by a representative qualified to assist with any request. No other bank card processor comes close to that level of service and convenience

SECURITY

Priority Payment Systems utilizes two SAS70II and ISO9001 data processing facilities for all production systems. These centers are monitored 24/7 and continually controlled for dust, climate and access. Each center is equipped with connections to no less than eight different network carriers and has power backed up with battery UPS and a diesel generator (capable of running for 120 days). Each center receives annual audits from external auditing firms for compliance with various legal and industry standards (i.e. PCIDSS, Equifax) as well as monthly audits from internal Priority staff. Access to each center is limited to authorized personnel by enforcing two and three factor authentication (access card, pin, biometrics) and all access is videotaped and archived. In addition to physical security considerations, strict logical considerations are in place to ensure access to classified data is limited to appropriate personnel with a specific need to know. All software used in data processing is subjected to rigorous testing and code review before deployment, as well as real-time security monitoring while incenter. Network and security events are monitored in real-time at the Priority Integrated Operations Center (“IOC”) by a staff specializing in systems and data protection. All Priority staff members undergo a thorough background and credit review before and during employment and are required to participate in random security inspections.
